The service

EmailsVerify provides free email-list verification. It is offered on a best-effort basis and may change or be unavailable at any time.

Acceptable use

• Only submit lists you are legally allowed to process.
• Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
• Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or abuse the service or its infrastructure.

No guarantee of accuracy

Email verification has inherent limits — mailbox existence cannot be confirmed with certainty for some providers and catch-all domains. Results are provided for guidance and without warranty of any kind.

Limitation of liability

EmailsVerify is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including deliverability outcomes of your campaigns.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
